A
deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required to secure your booking. This can be made with either a cheque or by credit/debit card.
In the event of a cancellation at short notice (i.e. less than 2 week's notice) a charge is made only if we are unable to re-let the room. Cheque deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room less a small charge to cover administration costs. We do advise you take out holiday insurance to cover your holiday accommodation costs in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your reservation at short notice.

We are unable to offer our guests dinner between 10 May & 31 August – there are however plenty of local restaurants open during the summer to suit all tastes.
*Our dinners and puddings are freshly prepared and cooked by Jane & John - delicious, nourishing and plentiful, often described as 'hale and hearty' using the best fresh, seasonal and local/organic produce available, served in our dining conservatory with gorgeous views overlooking Iona.

Our
self-catering static caravan is ideal for couples and
families who wish to stay longer and explore the Isle
of Mull. We are centrally located in the small village
of Fionnphort close to all local amenities, including
village shop, pub & restaurant and ideally situated
for exploring the Ross of Mull, Iona, Staffa and the Treshnish
Isles. There are also numerous walks and white sandy beaches
and an abundance of bird and wild life. Cycle hire is
also available.
‘The
Bothy’ is a 26' static caravan situated in a quiet
and secluded corner of our garden overlooking the hills
and moor – it has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin,
with a shower room, galley style kitchen and open plan
dining and lounge area. ‘The Bothy’ is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and Sky Freeview TV.
‘The Bothy’ is available
for rent @ £200 per week (Saturday to
Saturday) – this includes heating, gas, electricity,
bed linen and towels. Private parking available. Well-behaved
children are welcome.

All
sailings are subject to favourable sea conditions. Please wear
warm waterproof clothing and practical footwear. Trips can be
cancelled at short notice due to adverse weather and the ferry
companies reserve the right to do this. All ferries meet the
strict rules of the Marine Safety Agency. Weather permitting
you can land on the islands for up to one hour.
